Pai " A Tiny Pai"

I would like to say all about Pai, a tiny small-town relaxation, Pai-Nightlife or Pai-Lifestyle, White-Water Rafting and Route 1095 from Chiang Mai to Mae Hong Son. But I think, You have more detail to describe "Pai" than me. That right, I need your comments. I visited Pai many times. Pai may be change from the 20 yrs past.Today Pai has a lot of accommodations, activities, especially outdoor adventures. But Pai Still has Pai's allure.

        AT 15.00 LST today, tropical storm “Haitang” over the middle of South China Sea was centered about 310 kilometers east of Da-nang, Vietnam or latitude 16.6 degree North, longitude 110.5 degree East with sustained wind about 65 km/hr. It is expected to make landfall over Da-nang, Vietnam tonight and is heading to neighboring Laos and northeastern Thailand respectively. Torrential rain is likely much of the lower portion of northeast, the east and the southwest-coast of Thailand. People along foothills, near waterways and in lowland are warned of flash flood. Disaster areas are listed below:        26 September: Mukdahan, Yasothon, Amnat Charoen, Ubon Ratchathani, Rayong, Chanthaburi, Trat, Ranong, Phang-nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun.
       27-29 September: Nakhon Phanom, Khon Kaen, Chaiyaphum, Kalasin, Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, Mukdahan, Yasothon, Amnat Charoen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buri Ram, Surin, Si Sa Ket, Ubon Ratchathani, Rayong, Chanthaburi, Trat, Ranong, Phang-nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun.
       The wind-waves in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf are expected 2-3 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore during 26-29 September.

Pai in Rainny season

      There are many streams that the designation "Pai" such as banners, Pai is not beautiful like the past. Serenity and simplicity is gone, higher cost of living. Street, are crowded. Yes, that is, a Pai in the high season is winter.
      Those, who enchant of the past of Pai in the past 10 years. Pai was a small town located in the valley fulfilled with the backpackers who took off the bus then hold map to find a hub or guesthouse. Chill Chill! Tourists and cyclists went around the city. Pai is also like this, if you go to Pai in the rainy season.

      Pai in a
rainny season has a different perspective. Mist floating downstream from a hilltop to the Pai’s valley.

        During 11-12 September, the intense monsoon trough lies across the Central, the East and the lower Northeast of Thailand. The strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, southern Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand. Torrential rain and isolated heavy to very heavy falls are likely much of the country, especially in provinces of Tak, Kamphaeng Phet, Phichit, Phetchabun, Lop Buri, Saraburi, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buri Ram, Surin, Si Saket, Roi Et, Mukdahan, Yasothon, Amnat Charoen, Ubon Ratchathani, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Sa Kaeo, Rayong, Chanthaburi, Trat, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Ranong, Phang-nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang, Patthalung, Songkhla and Satun. People in risky areas along foothills and waterways are warned of possible flash flood. People in lowlands and riversides in the Central and the East are warned of overflow.
       The strong wind-wave in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand is likely 2-3 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore during 1-2 days.
